COREconnects SEND

Dear Parents/Carers,

I am Katie Hinz, the SENDCO at JQA and I wanted to take this opportunity to welcome you to our new and upcoming SEND Core Connects Page.

During this difficult period, which involves a great deal of home schooling, I decided to put together this page to support you, our amazing parents and carers and our learners who have special educational needs.

This page contains some useful information for parents/carers on how to support your child during COVID 19 and also some suitable web links that your child can access if they are struggling to complete the work provided by their class teachers or most importantly need some well-being support.

We hope that you find this page useful.  It will be regularly updated so please check this page and look out for notifications on our Piota Schools app.

If you have any feedback or information you would like to see included on this page, please do not hesitate to contact me via email: [email protected]

Don’t be strangers. Stay in touch, stay safe and stay happy!
Katie Hinz
